Services
Mobile internet access services for use in a vehicle that is equipped with an embedded SIM card transforming the vehicle into a Wi-Fi hotspot accessible by multiple devices within the vehicle with Data Pack sizes and periods of validity as follows:Upon the end of the period of validity of the respective Data Pack or full consumption of the data volume included in the respective Data Pack, whichever occurs earlier, the data connection is interrupted until a new Data Pack is purchased, if applicable. In the EU member states and in specific other countries, the use of the Data Packs is possible without additional charges by way of roaming. In case of significant discrepancy, continuous or regularly recurring, between the actual performance of the service regarding speed or other quality of service parameters and the performance indicated by Cubic, there is the possibility to file a complaint with Cubic. Furthermore, per Regulation 27 of the Authorisation Regulations 2011 (S.I. No 335 of 2011) and the Commission for Communications Regulation (“ComReg”) decision D14/18 (https://www.comreg.ie/publication/response-to-further-consultation-and-decision-formal-dispute-resolution-procedures-for-ecs-ecn-end-users) Cubic will take part in any dispute resolution procedure with ComReg. In addition, civil court action may be filed to enforce claims in the event of non-contractual performance (in particular termination, damages or a combination thereof).
Price
Duration, renewal and termination
Each of the Data Packs set forth under Services above is purchased for a contract term that equals the period of validity set forth under Services above for the respective Data Pack. The contract for the purchased Data Pack terminates automatically upon the end of its contract term without any notice of termination being required.
Other relevant information
Change of provider and porting of phone number are not possible due to the technical characteristics of the Data Packs.
